Terms and Conditions – Vertix

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Vertix (“App”), developed and provided by prominent. By downloading, installing, or using Vertix, you (“User” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Vertix.

2. Purpose of Vertix

Vertix is designed to:

  1. Verify the authenticity of payout tickets.
  2. Protect businesses from counterfeit or fraudulent tickets.

The App is provided free of charge with the purchase of any Prominent ecosystem product.

3. Eligibility

  1. Vertix is available only to customers who have purchased a Prominent ecosystem product.
  2. By using Vertix, you represent that you are legally authorized to act on behalf of your business.

4. License

Prominent grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Vertix solely for your internal business operations. You may not:

  1. Reverse-engineer, copy, or modify Vertix.
  2. Sell, distribute, or sublicense Vertix.
  3. Use Vertix for unlawful purposes.

5. Accuracy and Limitations

  1. While Vertix is designed to verify authenticity, Prominent does not guarantee 100% accuracy in detecting counterfeit tickets.
  2. The User remains responsible for all business decisions and transactions based on Vertix’s output.

6. Data and Privacy

  1. Vertix may collect data related to ticket verification for the purpose of improving performance and security.
  2. Prominent will not sell or misuse your business data. For details, please refer to Prominent’s Privacy Policy.

7. Support and Availability

  1. Vertix is provided “as is” without guaranteed continuous availability.
  2. Basic support may be offered as part of the Prominent ecosystem product package.

8. Limitation of Liability

  1. Prominent shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of Vertix.
  2. Users are encouraged to maintain independent verification and fraud-prevention measures alongside Vertix.

9. Termination

Prominent reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Vertix at any time if you violate these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Prominent operates.
